  1. What is the MSME TEAM Initiative?

    The MSME TEAM Initiative, launched by the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, is aimed at enabling Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to leverage the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). It provides benefits like expanded market access, reduced cost of doing business, and integration with digital public infrastructure.

  2. Who is eligible to register on the TEAM Portal ?

    To register on the TEAM Portal:

    • The enterprise must have a valid Udyam Registration.
    • The enterprise must not already be registered as a seller on ONDC.
    • The enterprise must not have availed benefits from similar ONDC initiatives by other government entities (self-declaration required).
  3. What benefits will I receive after registration?

    Registered MSEs can participate in workshops, receive assistance with onboarding onto ONDC, and access incentives (for Micro and Small Enterprises only) as per TEAM Initiative guidelines.

  4. How can I register on the TEAM Portal?

    Follow these steps:

    • Visit the TEAM Portal at www.team.msmemart.com.
    • Click on the "Register" tab on the homepage.
    • Enter your Udyam Registration Number and the mobile number linked to your Udyam Registration.
    • Complete the form with auto-fetched and manually filled details.

  5. What details will I need to provide during registration?

    Refer to the updated table below for detailed steps and information required.

  6. Can I claim incentives as a Medium Enterprise?

    No, incentives are only available for Micro and Small Enterprises under this initiative. However, enterprises that have recently transitioned from Small to Medium status can claim benefits for a period of 3 years.

  7. What workshops will be conducted, and are they mandatory?

    ONDC awareness workshops will be conducted pan India to help MSEs understand the platform and its benefits. Attendance is optional but highly recommended.
