  • The ‘Network Status’ for integration with ONDC should be ‘Live’
  • The SNP should have the necessary functionalities enabled for MSMEs as and when prescribed by ONDC.

Benefits of Registration

  • For offering services to MSMEs, the primary step is registration by the SNPs.

  • Access to pool of free business leads of MSEs, with little effort, ensuring increased volume.
  • Lead matching based on – Geography, Domain, Sub-domain, Transaction type, ensuring greater accuracy.

NOTE : Any eligible MSME (Udyam Registered) can register / get onboarded, on the TEAM Initiative (Portal). But NPs will not be able to claim incentives for “Medium Enterprises” and MSEs with “Trading” as the major activity.

This is in line with Sec- 1.1 (pg- 5) of TEAM SOP which says: “The SNPs can onboard any MSME under the TEAM Initiative, however, they can claim incentives as per the TEAM Initiative guidelines, only for the following category of MSMEs:

  1. Only Micro and Small Enterprises (NPs will not be able to claim incentives for Medium enterprises)
  2. The major activity of the Micro and Small enterprise should either be “Manufacturing” or “Services” (NPs will not be able to claim incentives for MSEs with “Trading” as the major activity).”

Step 1

Ensure your network is live on ONDC and that MSME-related functionalities are enabled.

Step 2

Register on the TEAM Portal to offer services and provide your organizational details.

Step 3

Submit your details through the portal and verify them using the validation link sent to your email.

Step 4

ONDC will review your submitted data, and once validated, NSIC will empanel you under the TEAM Initiative.

Step 5

You will receive your login credentials to update information, upload documents, and manage claims.

Step 6

You can update your details anytime during the initiative, subject to ONDC revalidation.
